Puya Aravand has been dedicated to the violin since the age of five. He earned his degree in Violin Performance from the Manhattan School of Music in 2012, where he studied under Patinka Kopec and Grigory Kalinovsky. During his early years, he performed with numerous all-state and all-county orchestras, frequently serving as concertmaster.
Puya brings extensive teaching experience from both private instruction and music school settings. He works with students of all ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced players, tailoring his approach to each individual’s goals and learning style.
He recently moved to Holland, Michigan with his wife and daughter and is currently building his studio in the area.
